RISK ASSESSMENT

As listed below is the Risk Assessment form I filled out as part-preparation for the filming of my main task. It contains a record of the possible hazards that may be incur when filming main task the music video. A rating system for both the likelihood and severity of these risks has been added and also a control plan to prevent and lessen the damage each hazard may cause.
